12 DAYS / 11 NIGHTSDAY 1: CASABLANCA - RABAT - CHEFCHAOUEN
Arrival at Casablanca airport/hotel, meet and greet. We start our 12-day Morocco tour by visiting the breathtaking Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca. Then, we drive to Rabat to explore the capital of Morocco including the Hassan Tower and the Kasbah of the Udayas. Afterwards, we continue to the 'Blue Pearl' of Morocco, Chefchaouen, located in the Rif Mountains. Overnight in a local riad.
DAY 2: CHEFCHAOUEN
Enjoy a free day to wander around the beautiful blue streets of Chefchaouen, taking photos and soaking in the relaxed atmosphere.
DAY 3: CHEFCHAOUEN - FES
Today, we leave the blue city and drive to Fes, the cultural capital. Enjoy a scenic journey through the Rif Mountains.
DAY 4: FES SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast, enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Fes with a local guide. You will visit the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish quarter (Mellah), and the oldest university in the world, Al Quaraouiyine. Have lunch in the Medina and visit the famous Tanneries before exploring intricate alleyways.
DAY 5: FES - AZROU - MIDELT - MERZOUGA DESERT
Drive south through the cedar forests of Azrou, seeing Barbary macaques. Stop in Midelt for lunch, then continue along the Ziz Valley passing through Erfoud to reach Merzouga.
DAY 6: MERZOUGA CAMEL TREKKING
Today we will explore the desert region. We will visit the Gnawa people in Khamlia village and discover the nomadic lifestyle. In the late afternoon, embark on a camel trek over the Erg Chebbi dunes to watch the magnificent sunset before reaching your desert camp for dinner and local music.
DAY 7: MERZOUGA - TODRA GORGES - DADES VALLEY
Wake early to watch the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, leave the desert and head towards the impressive Todra Gorges. Enjoy a walk through the canyon before driving to the Dades Valley for our overnight stay.
DAY 8: DADES VALLEY - OUARZAZATE - KASBAH AIT BEN HADDOU - MARRAKECH
Travel through the Valley of Roses and Skoura oasis before reaching Ouarzazate. Visit the Atlas Film Studios, then head to the famous Kasbah Ait Benhaddou for a guided walk. Continue traversing the High Atlas mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka pass to reach Marrakech.
DAY 9: MARRAKECH SIGHTSEEING
Embark on a guided tour of Marrakech. Visit the Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, Koutoubia Mosque, and experience the lively atmosphere of the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square.
DAY 10: DAY TRIP TO ESSAOUIRA CITY
Take a day trip to the coastal city of Essaouira. Stroll through the beautiful Medina, relax by the beach, and enjoy fresh seafood.
DAY 11: ESSAOUIRA CITY - CASABLANCA
After a relaxing morning in Essaouira, we drive back to Casablanca. Spend the evening at your leisure.
DAY 12: TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT
Your 12-day Grand Tour concludes today with a transfer to the Casablanca airport for your departure flight.
