Detailed Itinerary

3 DAYS / 2 NIGHTS

DAY 1: FROM MARRAKECH TO IMLIL - TIZI N'TAMATERT PASS (2279M) - TACHEDDIRT

We pick you up from your hotel and drive to Imlil. Here we meet our muleteer team. After loading our gear, we begin the trek heading east towards the Tizi n'Tamatert pass. We descend into the beautiful Imnane Valley, spending the night at a guesthouse in Tacheddirt.

DAY 2: TACHEDDIRT - TIZI N'AGUESSIOUL (2450M) - AGUESSIOUL VILLAGE - MATAT

We leave Tacheddirt and follow the Imnane valley down to the village of Ikkiss. We then trek up to the Tizi n'Aguessioul pass and descend to Aguessioul village. From here, we walk to Matat where we spend our second night in a traditional Berber home.

DAY 3: MATAT - TIZI OUDITE (2219M) - AIT AÏSSA - TIZI M'ZIK (2489M) - IMLIL - MARRAKECH

Our final day takes us up the Tizi Oudite pass with spectacular views before descending to Ait Aïssa. We then cross over the Tizi M'Zik pass enjoying stunning vistas of the Azzaden Valley before descending back to Imlil. Meet your transport and return to Marrakech.

Recommended Trekking & Hiking Equipment

For our trekking adventures, there is no need to buy a ton of equipment... Most of the equipment can be rented in Imlil locally before the trek begins. A sleeping bag is required for some treks (can be rented too).
